Experience

Studio aad (April 2017–Present)
Currently working as a designer at Studio aad. Working as part of a team on a wide range of projects and outputs. I mostly work on print, web, motion and branding projects but I have had the chance to strengthen skills such as writing and illustration. Regardless of the medium being used, purposeful decision making and critical reflection lie at the heart of everything I work on at Studio aad.

Indigo & Cloth (June 2016–April 2017)
I worked as a junior graphic designer at Indigo & Cloth. This job involved developing graphic and branding work across a broad range of media – mostly assets for print and web.

SandS Studio (Summer 2014)
I completed a one month internship at SandS Studio, London. This internship mostly involved creating early stage visuals and concepts within a design team.

Alright (June 2012)
I co-founded the handmade clothing company and screen print studio Alright. This involved arranging the production, design, branding, screen printing, photography, distribution and promotion of our products.

Freelance Design (June 2012–Present)
I also work as a freelance graphic designer, creating identity systems, logos, album covers, packaging and posters. I’ve had illustrations featured in Dublin based magazines TN2, Garter and Bare Magazine.

Interests

I am well-versed in digital and analog photography. I shoot various styles of photography from product to fashion.

I skateboard in my spare time. I took part in an MA project at NCAD where we built a skatepark using concrete over a period of two weeks (December 2014).

I regularly rock climb and boulder. I found that the ability to problem solve, creativity, and the willingness to accept unfamiliar challenges are all useful to the sport.
